Grape Creek

GrapeCreek has one of my favorite patios along 290. As one of the biggest wineries along the Wine Trail, they could almost claim a one-stop wine shop! Live music, larger tasting room, grounds tours, private tasting rooms, a restaurant and a patio. Oh, and everyone will be able to find a glass of wine they love here!

GrapeCreek has such a wide selection of wines, even the most diverse bunch of winos would be able to find something they love. The winding drive up towards their winery weaves through their green vines and you come upon an Italian chateau. This is one of the few wineries where you can purchase tickets to tour their production facilities. With the tickets ($35/person), you and a group are taken to their processing warehouses, given the history of the winery, taught about the process of wine making and get a wine tasting in a private tasting room with views of the vines. My favorite part: taste testing the same batch of wine out of different wooden barrels. SO MUCH FLAVAAA FLAVEEEE.

If you get the munchies while tasting your vino, they have a restaurant called Sprouts. 10/10 would recommend. The mimosas served at Sunday brunch are made with their own champagne, Euphoria.

Because of the winery's popularity, their official tasting room tends to get crowded. However, they do have a tasting room on Main Street, which I have been known to frequent. Definitely pop in for a glass of wine in between all of the shopping.

Salud!
