2019 Holiday Gift Guide

We are in FULL SWING for the holidays! Towards the end of each year, I almost get overwhelmed with the amount of sales and gifts I have to buy (pressure to make sure they’re cute, a whirl of options, information overload). This year my goal is to be a bit more strategic with my gifting. The goal of these gift guides is to help you, too! Most of the gifts I’ve picked are under $40 (although there is a bit of a range). And for those who are wanting to get a little more creative with their gift giving, I have some ideas for you, too!

And, of course, for the entertainer. There are so many holiday parties to be had! Hence an inspired gift guide for the entertainer in your life.

  1. Wine Chiller

  2. Wine Rack

  3. Wood and Marble Cheese Board

  4. Acrylic Stemless Champagne Flutes

  5. VOTIVO Holiday Scented Candle

  6. Rifle Paper Co. Nutcracker Tea Set

  7. Cocktail Napkin Set

Sometimes the holidays seem to target our materialistic tendencies. Remember that the holidays have a true focus on the reason for the season. Also, with Black Friday and Cyber Monday (and all the gifts to be gifted) bank accounts can get pretty tight. Some of my favorite gifts have been more thoughtful and creative vs. an item from a department store. Here are a few creative gift ideas for you and yours this season.

  1. Create a scavenger hunt! Get creative with your riddles and wit, have one clue lead to another and enjoy the race! I did this with my family one year, and I had them running through the yard, to the mailbox and scrounging under the Christmas tree. It was a blast!

  2. A puzzle! We have puzzle people in my family + friend group (also friends + family who probably couldn’t sit through an entire puzzle). Make it fun! Write questions on the pieces or create a game within the puzzle assimilation.

  3. Volunteer together. Choose a charity you all love and take time to give back. Volunteering is a great way to spend the holidays with others, spreading Christmas cheer.

  4. Write a letter. Spend time thinking about the people you love and put pen to paper. A heartfelt letter always brings a tear to my eye.

  5. Bake! Either bake a batch of cookies (I love this recipe), biscotti, or brownies (whatever suits your fancy) and distribute to your loved ones! Or. Host a cookie decorating party.

  6. Quality time. The people around you love you for you. The holidays are about spending time together!

Enjoy, my friends. And happy holidays!
