Realistic Baseball Outfits for Those Who Live in the South

Since George works for the Auburn baseball team, we spend a lot of time at the ballpark. As baseball season heats up, the weather can't make up its mind, but down here in the south, we're ready for anything! Spending hours soaking up the sunshine at the ballpark means dressing smart with layers. Because we can see all three seasons in one day.

I feel like a lot of the baseball outfit inspiration outfits I see out there include longer sleeves and jeans, which might be great for evening games but I’m not about sweating through stiff denim. Especially if I’m also wearing my baby. One of my favorite ballpark outfits is actually an athletic dress, which is cute AND sweat wicking.

These are some of my favorite outfit combos to wear!

Baseball Outfit Inspo for Those Who Live in the South

Navy Athletic Dress. I have this dress in green and wear it all the time. It has built in shorts and padding (a must!) and is a great price point.

White Flutter Sleeve Babydoll Top. Goes with EVERYTHING. This eyelet collared crop top is also adorable and would be perfect for a feminine ballpark outfit.

Classic Wash Denim Shorts. For moms. I need that extra length because of my height and now even moreso because I’m constantly bending over to pick up thrown toys or pick up my child.

White Sneakers. These are my most-worn pair of shoes in my closet. Out of literally everything I own. I wore them the entire time we were in Omaha for the College Baseball World Series and I got in over 10,000 steps each day. Great foot support!

A shady straw hat. I wore my straw hat in Omaha nonstop. It was hot AF in Nebraska, which was a tad shocking to me. I love how the wide brim hats shade not only your face but also your ears!

Auburn Baseball Jersey. Classic baseball outfit when thrown over a white tee and worn with jean shorts.

Sunglasses. Because bright.

Navy Tiered Dress. Easy, breezy, beautiful. I own this dress and wear it ALL the time. It’s very lightweight and breezy. Plus, it’s a great price point!

Triple Strand Necklace in Gold. Always love a dainty gold jewelry look.

War Eagle Script Hat. I love this classic ball cap!
