Pool Bag Essentials

Summer is upon us! The temperatures are rising in Alabama, which means it’s officially pool season. I think early summer is the best time to soak up all of the Vitamin D while poolide, because it’s not blazes hot quite yet. During the summer months, I usually leave my pool bag packed and sitting at our back door (just in case I decide to get in some sunshine during my lunch break #workfromhomelife).

These items are currently my pool essentials! They make it into the bag every time I head to sit by a large body of water.

Straw Tote Bag. And if I lived at the beach, I’d be carrying THIS MONOGRAMMED TOTE with me everywhere. These Bogg Bags are everywhere lately and would be easy to clean (and not have to worry about setting down in a puddle of pool water).
Slim Can Cooler. After finding these in our bachelorette goody bags, it’s been a constant companion.
Cute Towel. The round towels are just so cute! We also love these from Anthro. They’re oversized and classic.
Towel Clips. Because nothing is more annoying that your towel constantly falling down or flapping in the breeze.
A good poolside read. I’m currently enjoying People We Meet on Vacation!
Sunscreen. Of course!! I have a special sunscreen for my face (which I also use when traveling) and another for my lips. Protect your skin!!
Wide-Brim Roll Up Visor. This might be my favorite Amazon purchase of all time. It’s easy to transport and makes you feel fabulous (all while shadowing your face from the sun!).
Music Speaker. This one transports well and has great sound. And it’s easy for multiple people to pair and play from their own phones, if you’re with a group!
Trendy Sunnies. I love my classic rounds (great price point - second option HERE) and resort styles.
