End of Summer Mocktail: The Strawberry Scorcher Soother

I have found my new favorite mocktail recipe and Y'ALL it is DE-LIC-IOUS   It's the perfect "end of summer/it's so hot I'm going to melt my face off" summer spritz. It has all of your favorite fresh ingredients like strawberries, cucumber, basil and mint. And because fall weather doesn’t arrive in the south until November … I’ll plan on keeping this recipe in my back pocket for another couple of months.

Tip: If you’re wanting something a little bit stronger, I would add either 2.5oz of gin or vodka to make this mocktail more of a spirited cocktail.
